Debra Johnson, President
Debra Johnson has 30 years of both financial and operational experience with various healthcare entities.
Prior to co- founding On-Point, Mrs. Johnson was the Vice President of Revenue Cycle Services with Integrated Medical Delivery (IMD)/Harris RCM for the past twenty years. Her responsibilities included working with development partners implementing six hospital information systems and numerous physician practice management solutions which included all aspects of financial operations. While with Harris Revenue Cycle Management, her primary responsibilities included managing all aspects of operations and client financial services. Her experience includes management of over $400 million in annual gross revenue billing, collections, and compliance activities as well as client financial reporting.
Ms. Johnson direct revenue cycle and financial management responsibilities include multiple healthcare entities including hospitals, ambulatory surgery centers, imaging centers, multiple specialty and primary care physician practices, and physical therapy services.
Prior to joining IMD, Ms. Johnson was the Chief Financial Officer for HCA Managed Care Services of Oklahoma. Her responsibilities included payor contract negotiations and HMO global risk contract administration for eight Physician/Hospital Organizations, which included 1,000 physicians, 10 hospitals and five surgery centers statewide.
Other healthcare financial management experience includes positions as Director of Managed Care and Controller with Oklahoma City Clinic, a large multi-specialty physician group, and Senior Assessor with KPMG Peat Marwick, specializing in HealthCare Practice.
Ms. Johnson graduated Cum Laude from the University of Oklahoma in Business Administration with a degree in accounting. She is a Certified Public Accountant, Certified Global Healthcare Accountant, and a member of the Oklahoma State Society of Certified Public Accountants, Oklahoma Ethics Consortium, Healthcare Financial Management Association and Medical Group Management Association.

Robert (Rob) Andersen, Executive Vice President
Rob’s extensive experience includes thirty years of success in all areas of sales and development, sales training, account management, sales department management, ASC acquisition, organic growth, physician relationship, physician recruitment, corporate growth, negotiations, problem solving, motivation, cold calling, call center management and coaching.
Prior to co-founding On-Point, Rob was the Senior Sales and Account Manager for Harris Healthcare- Revenue Cycle Services. A well-known entity with physician-owned hospitals and ambulatory surgery centers, he is known as the ‘positive force who gets things done’. From providing strategic partnerships in the promotion of Revenue Cycle Management Services to Hospitals, ASC’s, Urgent Cares and Radiation Therapy, to managing the day-to-day operations, and consulting in the recruitment and hiring of employees, Rob Andersen offers a unique balance of business acumen.
His impressive background includes his role as Vice President of Development with HealthCrest Surgical Partners. Rob provided strategic guidance to the promotion of HealthCrest surgical partners through DeNovo (new ASC development), ASC Physicians syndication, acquisition of ambulatory surgical centers, physician recruitment, growth of existing ASC facilities, and locating new service lines.
His background also includes Vice-President of Development for Foundation Healthcare where he excelled in organic growth for referrals to physician partners and ancillary services. His other responsibilities included: recruitment of physicians and family practice doctors and need facilitation, supervision of seven physician liaisons in three hospital locations, marketing and advertising, new ASC development, and locating and supporting the acquisition of ancillary services.
Mr. Andersen is married and the proud father of two children.
Shauna Vaught, Chief Financial Officer
Shauna Vaught has over 20 years’ accounting experience with her primary focus and experience in healthcare accounting. Her experience is both in a hospital system and in a privately held healthcare company. She has extensive financial management experience including financial reporting, forecasting, asset liability management, internal controls, financial analysis, cash management, and strategic planning.
Prior to co-founding On-Point, Shauna was the Controller of Valir Health, a healthcare company with over thirty subsidiaries including a statewide network of outpatient physical therapy clinics, an inpatient rehabilitation hospital, hospice division, Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE), transportation division, billing division, and a real estate company. As the healthcare company’s Controller, she was responsible for the financial and accounting operations for all entities as well as the accounting staff.
Shauna earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Oklahoma State University. She is an avid sports fan and foodie. When she’s not at work, you will find her cheering on her favorite team and athletes, or with family/friends searching for a new restaurant experience.
Elton Spiller, RT, (R) (CT) (MR), ARRT, Chief Administrative Officer
Elton Spiller’s extensive experience includes over 50 years of success in healthcare operations, clinical management, and strategic leadership. Her background reflects a powerful combination of high-level executive oversight and hands-on clinical expertise, specializing in optimizing service delivery and bridging the gap between patient care and administrative efficiency. Throughout her career, she has been known as a dedicated leader responsible for overseeing operational performance and supporting healthcare clients across multiple service lines.
Prior to joining On-Point, Elton spent more than 17 years with Integrated Medical Delivery (IMD), where she served as Vice President and Director of Operations. Her impressive background includes the oversight of radiology imaging centers, hospital departments, and radiation therapy services, as well as leading facility development initiatives to ensure peak clinical and business performance. Elton’s operational leadership also extends to prominent organizations such as Oklahoma Spine Hospital, and Oklahoma Diagnostic Imaging.
Clinically trained, Elton is a registered radiographer with advanced credentials in Computerized Tomography (CT) and Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI). A resident of the Oklahoma City area, she enjoys gardening and is an avid football fan.
Diana Finley, CCS, CPC, CANPC Director, Coding and Compliance
Diana is a highly accomplished healthcare revenue cycle leader with over 22 years of experience in medical coding, billing, and regulatory compliance across both professional and facility settings. She brings a strategic and comprehensive understanding of coding accuracy, reimbursement methodologies, and the ever-evolving payer landscape, enabling organizations to achieve both compliance and optimal financial performance.
Her expertise spans a diverse range of healthcare environments, including hospital inpatient and outpatient services, imaging centers, pain management, radiation oncology, and surgical facilities. Diana’s extensive specialty knowledge includes Surgery, Neurology, Emergency Medicine, Clinics, Urgent Care, Urology, Wound Care, Ophthalmology, and Gastroenterology, positioning her as a trusted resource across complex clinical and operational settings.
As Director of Coding and Compliance, Diana is a proven leader in building and managing high-performing coding teams. She is deeply committed to professional development and operational excellence, delivering targeted education, ongoing training programs, and independent coding assessments that drive sustained accuracy and compliance. Her leadership style emphasizes accountability, continuous improvement, and proactive adaptation to industry and regulatory changes.
Outside of her professional role, Diana values time with her family and enjoys an active lifestyle centered around sports. She especially enjoys spending time with her husband and son, watching sporting events, and listening to her son play bass and guitar.
Kevin Cantrell, Director of Operations
Kevin Cantrell, has over 10 years of experience in the healthcare industry. His background includes working at one of the largest healthcare facilities in the state at Integris where he was an Inpatient Coder, Compliance Consultant, and the Outpatient Coding Manager. From there he moved to Valir Health where he was an A/R Specialist, Business Office Manager for PACE, and the Operations Director for the rehabilitation hospital.
During his time in the industry, he has been through multiple EHR implementations, several software transitions, the change over from ICD-9 to ICD-10, and multiple staff re-vamps which has led to his passion for efficiency. Kevin focuses on challenging his team to embrace growth and refining internal processes to stay ahead of the ever-evolving world of healthcare.
Outside of work, Kevin enjoys traveling the world with his wife and staying busy in the gym or running. He is also big into sports and loves to find new restaurants or adventures in the OKC area.
Wendy Bitner RN, BSN, MSN, Leadership & Clinical Consultant
Wendy’s diverse experience as a clinician and as a hospital leader serves her well. She brings more than 25 years of clinical practice and leadership to the table. After an early career with hands-on experience in ICU, Emergency Department, and Perioperative Services Wendy stepped into development and leadership of the first surgical focused hospital in Colorado. Under her fifteen years of leadership Animas Surgical Hospital established itself as one of the top hospitals in Colorado winning multiple five-star awards.
Wendy’s history includes extensive knowledge and experience in budget and staffing plan development, regulatory compliance, quality improvement, leadership development and oversight of day to day hospital operations. She has experience in both sides of the electronic medical record from implementation to end user. When not serving in a consultative role Wendy continues to provide direct, hands-on patient care in her role as RN.
After hours Wendy enjoys her life in the mountains. Skiing occupies much of her winter. She’s been a member of the National Ski Patrol for greater than 30 years and has taught Outdoor Emergency Care and Avalanche Awareness courses. River rafting and travel are a big part of her summer activities. Wendy holds a bachelor’s degree from San Francisco State University and a Masters in Nursing from Chamberlain College of Nursing where she graduated with honors.
