On-Point Healthcare Services is seeking Revenue Cycle Specialists to join our TEAM.
Team members must demonstrate excellent communication skills with an attention to detail. A thorough understanding of the revenue cycle process, from patient access through billing, insurance appeals, collections and denial management mandatory.

Revenue Cycle Specialist Responsibilities:
- Experience using revenue cycle system applications and internet payor websites and resources
- Conducting appropriate account follow up activity on uncollected account balances by contacting third party payors and/or patients via phone, email, or online
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills are essential to resolve accounts receivable account balances including updating insurance and patient demographic information, notating action performed, identifying payor issues or trends
- Taking whatever action appropriate to bring accounts to resolution
